Returns and Exchanges Policy

We make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you may return or exchange it according to the following conditions:

Return Period

Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Return Conditions

• The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be attached.
• Products that have been damaged, used, or are not in their original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the product, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

A product can be exchanged for another product subject to available stock.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
