Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping nationwide.
Home delivery is included, unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Due to high order volume, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing after payment confirmation.
Domestic Shipping Time
Orders shipped within Israel are expected to arrive within 5-8 business days after processing.
Some products are shipped directly from our overseas logistics centers.
⚠️ Please note: Shipping times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, including shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.
Business days are defined as Sunday-Thursday, excluding weekends and holidays.
International Shipping
International orders are usually delivered within up to 14 business days from the shipping date.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once the order is shipped, a separate email will be sent with shipping confirmation and tracking details (where available).
Shipping Delays and Liability
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
No compensation will be provided for delays resulting from third-party shipping services.
Delays Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)
The customer agrees that the company shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- War, terrorism, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events
Delivery Requirements
In some cases, delivery may require verification such as presentation of a valid government ID or order confirmation.
The company reserves the right to request additional identification when necessary.
Shipping Fees and Refused Orders
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an order is refused, returned, or not collected by the customer, the original shipping cost and return fees will be deducted from any refund issued.

Please ensure that the shipping address is entered accurately and completely, including apartment or suite number and access instructions if necessary.
We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, delivered to an incorrect address, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
