We offer free standard shipping throughout Israel.
Home delivery is included unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Due to high order volumes, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed after payment has been confirmed.
International Shipping
International orders are generally delivered within up to 14 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local customs procedures, and the selected shipping carrier.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an additional email containing shipping confirmation and tracking information, when available.
Shipping Delays & Liability
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
Compensation will not be provided for delays resulting from third-party shipping services.
Delays Beyond Our Control – Force Majeure
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that the company shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Delivery Requirements
In certain cases, delivery may require verification, such as presenting a valid government-issued ID or order confirmation.

Shipping Fees & Refused Orders
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an order is refused, returned, or not collected by the customer, the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees may be deducted from any refund issued.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, delivered to the wrong address, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
