Free Shipping in the United States

We offer free standard shipping across the United States.
Home delivery is included unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Due to high order volume, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time in the United States

Orders shipped within the United States are expected to arrive within 5–8 business days after processing.
Some products are shipped directly from our overseas fulfillment centers.

⚠️ Please note: Delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.

Business days are defined as Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

International Shipping

International orders are typically delivered within up to 14 business days from the shipping date.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local customs procedures, and the selected shipping carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
When your order is shipped, a follow-up email will be sent with shipping confirmation and tracking details (where available).

Carrier Delays & Liability

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
No compensation will be provided for delays resulting from third-party shipping services.

Delays Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)

The customer agrees that the company shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Strikes or labor disruptions

  • Communication, system, or network failures

  • War, terrorism, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events

Delivery Requirements

In some cases, delivery may require verification such as a valid government-issued ID or order confirmation.
The company reserves the right to request additional identification when necessary.

Shipping Fees & Refused Deliveries

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If an order is refused, returned, or not accepted by the customer, the original shipping cost and return shipping fees will be deducted from any refund issued.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
